I am Leandrul, an electronic singer-songwriter who produces and performs music for people who give a fuck about stuff.

Drawing crowds of about 60 people each time I play live, I love showering my audience with a new set— I curtail my performances for each event, arranging songs from my albums with love and care. I want every show to be stunning and leave the audience feeling inspired to make the world a more beautiful place.

A core member of Basement State, and orginal member of UTLD, I have been involved with the modular/hardware electronic music community for over 5 years. In 2022, I played at Velocity Festival, hosted by Substation in Ballard. Besides playing both stages at Substation multiple times, I have played at the chapel space at Good Shepherd Center, The Abbey in Fremont, Sunset Tavern, Bad Bar, The Rabbit Box Theatre and Rebar. I also had the pleasure of performing at Kame Hou$e prior to the pandemic. I have played alongside Daedelus, Bad Snacks, M Sayyid of Antipop Consortium, rBeny, Kaley Lane Eaton, Herr Shield, Project 32, Enereph, and many more wonderful artists local to Seattle.

My 2021 album, ‘Psychosis of Dreams’ was ranked #8 of 2021’s Best Albums of the Year by Echoes Radio, and I have had some radio play on KEXP here and there.

I am a co-founder of Handsmade, a label based in Oakland, CA and Seattle, WA. We are a collective of people making art in all mediums, including film, literature, and fine art. Check out our website here.
